Heat and UV
Dark and cool are not the same thing.
Plenty of film makes a car look darker without doing much about the temperature inside it. Infrared rejection is what keeps a cabin cool, and it comes from the film chemistry.
Our XPEL XR and XR Plus lines are ceramic and block the heat. HP blocks 99 percent of UV and gives you the privacy and the look for less.

What these prices assume: Priced per install, by film line. A windshield brow is $55.95 on any of the three lines.
Arkansas law sets a 25 percent minimum on front side windows. We will not install film that puts you outside it.

We will not put you outside the statute.
Ark. Code Ann. 27-37-306 sets the limits. Trucks and SUVs get an allowance passenger cars do not.
Front sides
At least 25 percent light transmission on every vehicle, measured through the glass and the film together. That is why 35 percent is the darkest film we fit to the front doors, car or truck.
Behind the driver
Trucks, SUVs, vans and other multipurpose vehicles may go as low as 10 percent. An ordinary passenger car is still held to 25 percent on the rear sides.
Windshield
A tint strip on the top five inches only, called the brow. We price it separately on all three film lines.
The installer label
Arkansas requires a label on the front glass to the operator's left naming who installed the film. Our name goes on it.

We tint work trucks, commercial vehicles and everyday cars, and we work with car dealerships, body shops and companies running fleets. Trucks, vans and other multipurpose vehicles can go down to 10 percent behind the driver.
We schedule fleet work around when your vehicles are free.

Tint questions
Before you book.
How dark can I legally go in Arkansas?
Front side windows must let at least 25 percent of light through, and that is measured through the glass and the film together, which is why 35 percent film is the darkest we fit up front. Behind the driver, trucks, SUVs, vans and other multipurpose vehicles can go as low as 10 percent, but an ordinary passenger car is still held to 25 percent on the rear sides. The rearmost window can go to 10 percent, and nothing on a road vehicle is legal below that.
What about the windshield?
Arkansas allows a tint strip on the top five inches of the windshield only. That is the brow we quote separately. Full windshield film is available in our ceramic lines where a customer wants the heat rejection.
Will you install illegal tint if I ask?
No. We install to Arkansas legal specs, and state law also requires an installer label on the front glass to the operator's left showing who did the work. Our name goes on that sticker.
Is ceramic film actually worth the difference?
If heat is your problem, yes. Our XPEL XR and XR Plus lines are ceramic and block a lot more heat than the HP line, they are clearer to see through, and they do not interfere with your radio, phone signal or Bluetooth. If you mostly want the look and the UV protection, HP does that for less.
How long does an install take?
Front two windows is about 30 minutes. A full car is about 2 hours, and a full windshield is 1 to 2 hours.
